Warranty

LOWE warrants this product to its customers (pursuant to the Article 128, co. 2, lett. a) of the Italian legislative decree 6.09.2005, nr. 206, Consumer Code) for the period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.

To exercise your warranty rights you will have to show a purchase document, attesting the date of purchase, the product description, model and serial number. In case you bought it from a retailer, you will have to show a document indicating their name, address and VAT. To obtain service we invite you to send an email to customercare@lo-we.com or a fax to n. +39 0721.1633123, indicating your contact information and motivation of the request for assistance.

Defective products must be reported to the Customer Service Lowe, writing an email to customercare@lo-we.com enclosing:

  • Photo of the device and of not conform detail;
  • Detailed description of the product malfunction.

Customer Services will contact the customer within 48 hours, and open the Warranty process. The customer must send the device at the central Lowe headquarters located in Pesaro (PU), 61122, Via Abeti n. 92, Italy. If, following intervention by the Customer Service Lowe, the defect is not covered by warranty, the customer will be charged for any costs of verification and recovery required, as well as transportation costs, if incurred by Lowe.

In case of failure the warranty entitles free of charge recovery of the product and involves the the intervention of  LOWE Customer Service to get the repair or replacement.  Lowe’s Costumer Service can repair or replace the product, depending on the nature of the defect.

The warranty shall not apply  if you do not show the appropriate documents proving the date of purchase. Moreover, we would like to  point out that the scope of the conventional guarantee by Lowe is excluded in the following cases:

  • purchase document illegible;
  • models or serial numbers of the products altered, erased or made illegible;
  • products and / or parts of the product subject to wear and / or consumables;
  • Improper use, does not comply with the instructions for use or poor maintenance (eg .: parties blocked by limescale, use of detergents not recommended, etc.)
  •  improper installation, shipping damage or the presence of circumstances which prevent any manufacturing defect product (ex .: lightning, fire or water), falling or breakage of fragile parts;
  • modification, alteration or repair by anyone not authorized by Lowe, including changes and / or modifications made in order to receive transmissions from outside the country for which the products are designed, approved and / or authorized.

For proper use of the product please read carefully the instructions and warnings contained in the “Manual” and / or marked on the product and carefully follow the instructions contained.

The warranty of Lowe Ltd is provided pursuant to art. 133 of the Consumer Code and leaves, therefore, affect the rights granted to consumers under applicable law.
